At CSR Building Supplies, we are committed to providing high-quality materials for your home projects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and a list of the specific building materials you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Materials

  Ensure all items are in their original, undamaged packaging; please note that opened bags of concrete, grout, or custom-tinted paints cannot be accepted for return.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Securely pack your items and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked carrier, or bring them directly to our local warehouse for immediate processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our inventory team inspects the materials for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
